Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending a workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • All workshops are intended for creative, educational, and entertainment purposes.

  • Participants are expected to follow all instructor guidelines and venue rules.

  • Some workshops may involve tools, materials, or light physical activity. Attendees participate at their own risk.

  • We are not responsible for personal injury, lost items, or damage to personal property during the event.

  • Photography and/or video may be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the event.

  • Ticket purchases are non-transferable unless approved in advance.

Refund Policy | Transfer & Credit Policy 

All ticket Sales are Final

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • No-shows

    • Late arrivals

    • Schedule conflicts

    • Change of mind

  • Refunds will only be considered if:

    • The event is canceled by the organizer

    • The event is rescheduled and the attendee is unable to attend the new date

  • In approved cases, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within the platform’s standard processing time.

  • Ticket transfers or event credits may be offered at the organizer’s discretion if requested at least 48 hours before the event start time.

  • Credits must be used within a specified timeframe and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Workshops require advance preparation, materials, and instructor scheduling.

  • If the organizer must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will be notified as soon as possible.

  • In the event of cancellation by the organizer, guests will be offered a refund or credit toward a future workshop.
